A Bold Year for Cultivating the Lovely! Join Us!

A Year of Lovely
Phew- 2017 was a doozy! Anyone else looking forward to leaving this last year in the dust and blazing into 2018? I know I am!

While there are still many daunting things in store for me personally in 2018 (you can see this post and this video in our Facebook group if you’re curious what’s been happening in my life), I am also filled with hope and excitement for what’s in store- especially with Cultivating the lovely!

What’s Cooking for CTL in 2018?

We have a few BIG things happening for our humble little podcast that I am downright giddy about!

-We are becoming a WEEKLY show!  That’s right, a brand new episode of Cultivating the Lovely Podcast every. single. Tuesday!

-We are bringing in co-hosts! As you heard in our Christmas episode, we are bringing in amazing co-hosts for 3 shows a month! Leah Boden, Erin Odom and Jodi McKenna will all be joining me and it’s pure magic! But don’t worry, we’ll still be doing some regular interviews as well- this just gives us the best of both worlds!

-We are investing more into Instagram! I know that IG is a regular part of many of our everyday lives and I want to be able to interact with all of you more consistently and authentically. So, you can expect daily content via Instastories and micro-blog posts in my captions heading into the new year. I am so looking forward to engaging with you all there!

-We are launching a Patreon account! This is where things get over-the-top exciting. We have picked two over-all themes for the year- Homemaking and Self-Care and Patrons will receive all kinds of content revolving around those ideas.

What is Patreon?

Put simply, our Cultivating the Lovely Patreon site is a monthly subscription membership that gives Patrons (that is what members are called) access to exclusive content. In 2018 we will be hosting monthly challenges filled with accountability and community to further develop your homemaking to the full breadth of what it can be, along with helping you learn how to truly take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.

Patrons of Cultivating the Lovely on Patreon will also have access to printables, a private Facebook group, weekly Live videos, exclusive blog posts, mini-podcast episodes and more!

Here is the basic line-up for 2018-

  • January- The Kitchen & Finding Your Self-Care Style
  • February- The Master Bedroom & Morning and Evening Routines
  • March- The Bathrooms & Facial Care and Make-up
  • April- The Laundry and Laundry Room & What We Wear
  • May- The Entryway & Hobbies
  • June- The Kids Bedrooms & Learning/Reading
  • July- The Living Spaces & Eating and Moving
  • August- The Great Prep-a-thon & Rest
  • September- The Working Spaces & Atmosphere
  • October- Transform for Fall & Processing Life
  • November- Prep & Plan for the Holidays & Hygge
  • December- Maintaining Habits & Life-giving Rhythms of the Season

We truly wanted to create a valuable resource for our Patrons to help them make the most out of their year. We have mapped out the road for you, you just have to jump in for the journey! I think it is going to be an amazing year of connection and growth for all of us and I just can’t wait!

Our Patreon site will open at Midnight on January 1st 2018- I can’t wait to see you there!

My ideal weekend is spent with a cup of coffee and a good book.
